Tymahz Toumadje

Tymahz joined NUFDI as a Fall Fellow in September of 2022 and was brought on as Program Associate in March of 2023. As a Program Associate, Tymahz provided support across the organization, including to the President. After being promoted to Policy Analyst in 2024, Tymahz authored briefs, attended Hill meetings, managed NUFDI's summer fellows, and assisted the Senior Policy Analyst in providing direction to NUFDI's legislative efforts. Now, as Senior Policy Analyst, Tymahz provides direction to NUFDI's legislative efforts along with the Policy Director, authors op-eds, and delivers briefings and presentations to policymakers. Tymahz also serves as the Deputy Editor of IranWatch, NUFDI's daily newsletter.

Tymahz was born in Northern Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2021 with a BA in Foreign Affairs and subsequently interned at the American Enterprise Institute’s Critical Threats Project where he focused on open-source intelligence and mapping the structure of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
