Cameron Khansarinia


Cameron Khansarinia is NUFDI  Vice President, having previously served as Policy Director where he led research and writing, legislative efforts, and media relations. As Vice President, he has led efforts to expand NUFDI  team from a nearly all-volunteer team with limited staff into Washington’s leading Iranian-American organization with a full-time staff. He leads the organization’s special projects, high-level relationships, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining NUFDI to help build the organization in 2020, he lived in New York City and worked in financial services at BlackRock Investments.

Cameron writes regularly on Iran and US foreign policy including in The Wall Street Journal, Politico Europe, Newsweek, and other leading international outfits. He regularly briefs policymakers in Washington, across Europe, and in the Middle East.
Born and raised in Southern California, Cameron received his BA in government from Harvard where he studied political theory and served as the President of the Iranian Association and as the Vice President of the Student Body.
