William Norman Rogers, Esq.

Mr. William Norman Rogers was born in Washington, DC in 1942. His undergraduate work was completed at UCLA and at The George Washington University from which he received a BA in Government and International Affairs in 1965. He received his law degree from The George Washington University in 1968 with honors. Mr. Rogers has been practicing law since 1969. His specialty is contracting and litigation. He started his carrier as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew Hood, Chief Judge of District of Columbia’s Court of Appeals. He was admitted to Maryland Court of Appeals in 1968, US District Court of Maryland in 1971, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1980, and the United States Supreme Court in 1974. He has been extremely successful in handling cases in different areas throughout his carrier. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and The Bar Association of Montgomery County. He has been instrumental in advising the board of the National Union for Democracy in Iran in the past few years.
